A busy bug, so tiny you see.
Bees all a buzzing find honey for tea.
Miniscule ants in a frenzy of labour.
Taking home nectar for Queen ant to savour.
The pesky small fly can get in your hair,
Notice the head net they force us to wear…

Very good, Pauline!
Thanks Sue
Exquisite macro photos, Pauline. I hope they did not sting you!
Thanks Paula. I think they were too busy on the job of collecting pollen to worry about me.
🙂 Good!

Great images and a poem as well! Is there no end to your talents?
Thanks Jude, I’m flattered by your comment (and blushing!!!) but I still have to try and master a haiku like the beauties our friend Gilly writes.
Ahh Pauline honestly if you can do poems like this you can do haiku! Fab photos of these little beauties that never keep still!
Certainly needs patience to capture them…
beautiful images and words! 🙂
Thank you for your comment
Great pictures…

A lovely collection of the minuscule. Such clarity and so small. I was amused by the last shot.
Those nets were am absolute necessity, but they made taking photos awkward..
