Bench Series : November

botanic gardens Tasmania 103_4000x3000

This bench is in the Tasmanian Botanic Gardens were I sat and enjoyed the pleasure of autumn leaves in 2013 and looked out across the Derwent river.

For the month of November Jude is looking for a bench with either a message OR an Autumnal theme

  1. It looks very peaceful Pauline, just right for Sunday morning!

  2. What a well-sited bench, Pauline!

  3. So inviting – and the thin feel if the bench adds to the breezy feeling of this view -;)

  4. What a lovely sunny, autumnal shot. We are a bit grey at the moment so I think I’ll linger here a bit longer.

  5. That so very inviting I just love this Shot. My kind of place very peaceful.
    Best Wishes

  6. There is something very wistful about an empty , waiting bench. I am always tempted to click them , whether it be in a park or near a Railway platform. Your picture is beautiful. Loved the yellows.

    • I love your description of the wistful empty bench. I found I had included lots of benches in photos that Jude’s challenge brought to light. Then since the challenge started it has made me more aware of photogenic benches.

I would love to get to know you, please leave a comment
